Analysis Of Panic Room Title Credits

I think the credits in the opening title sequence of Panic Room are very interesting and unique. They start off with the 'Columbia Pictures presents' in front of a city skyline, setting the scene for the thriller. Then throughout the rest of the sequence many different clips of the city are shown again outlying the setting of the film, New York, but with the names of the actors/actresses and production cast being shown in large letters against the side of numerous different buildings, with the text matching the colour of the architecture. At certain times they are even raised in the air in the middle of the street, looking like very large floating words, as the text is 3D.
Then the title of the film 'PANIC ROOM' comes up with the camera panning along the title, which is against a mirrored building, seeming as though it is the name of the building, and as the building is mirrored there is a reflection of the cities buildings. The camerawork ranges from birds eye shots of the text, to at level shots, giving us different views of the buildings, almost as if we are being taken on a tour of the city.
The sequence ends with the directors name in front of another city scape view overlooking Central Park, again showing us the setting is New York, leading us to the clip of the characters.
